Default Favorite Bass lake in Mid-Atlantic/Northeast

I am planning a fishing trip for a couple of buddies and myself for sometime this summer. This will be the first time any of us have taken a trip based solely on fishing, and we're looking to go to a good Smallmouth/Largemouth lake in either the Mid-Atlantic or Northeast. If anyone has any suggestions on where to go and what to use i would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks, Eric

Lake Erie smallies are hard to beat!!! But there are other lakes around, as well. If you want to stay in Pennsylvania, Pymatuning and Conneaut Lake are good bass lakes, too. Pymatuning does have a 20 HP max, which can be a problem for some.

There are many...these are just MY favorites!!!
