Default Pimping another Penn 710 Spinfisher

I'm back in the reel shack...Pimping another Penn 710 Spinfisher...It's pretty mucked up...but when I'm done...It's going to look brand new...even better than new...Notice the spool?? It belongs to a Penn 710z. Which in my opinion is better than the original 710 plastic spool. Ebay is full of guys (and it's usually the same sellers) throwing together parts from different reels to make a complete reel. I got this reel at a steal...and their loss is my gain. I've been toying with the idea of...ummm...I better not say just yet. Anyways...here's 2 before pics...After pics will come shortly.

Rotor cup is drilled and body ready for prime and paint. Side plate 90% polished and a couple of other brass parts.

Man, you don't waste any time Vito! Looking quite nice too. Going to be a jewel when you're done.

    Cool

Better let the paint dry at least before you run off to the strip...
