    Default Honkin Big Baits

    Sorry I haven't been posting much . I'm up to my ears in projects . So here is one I made a mold for . The swim shad is six inches long . Curl tail is 8'' hanging posted it before . Mainly working on salt water stuff lately . Hope to post pics of stuff that goes with them this Friday or Saturday .

    Looks like laker baits to me!

    What size tires . I just may not stop with lures . Tires are made of high temp nitrile composites . In its raw form the stuff is stretchy and can be formed . If you exceed the temp and pressure range the stuff becomes a hard plastic like one of those old ash trays you used to see in the barber shops.

    hey toad! Is that what Bakelite is? Man- you know your stuff about molding. I'll get back to you with size of tires for Blazer! make them out of the bouncy stuff, not the rock hard stuff.... and can you put all-weather tread on them. LOL, buddy. best----- JoeW

    I remember a striper lure (no longer in production) that was a hit with the lunker hunters in SoCal. early on before the good trout immitations hit the market, it was the Worm King Dinosaur and it was 12" long.

    Default heads for plastic

    This is my favorite head to use for Plastic swim baits . Poured these up to show . 4oz down to 1/4 oz . I'll cut part of the end of a bait to fit the head angle.

    I'll look that up . Don't remember it . But these days I suffer from CRS LOL.
