That is some beautiful work. I like the Jitterbug type lures.

To be honest I rarely bass fish anymore. nor have I carved any lures up in 8-10 yrs. But yes they did/do catch bass. In fact the first time a friend of mine tried any of these it was for a tournament and a few of the guys laughed, that is until he won it that day and also won the lunker money also. I use to tie flys also, but don't really do that anymore..I did start molding jigs as of late and make my own worm harnesses also though. It's all work it when you catch fish on something you made yourself. Just need the time to do it.
