Smile Topwater Modification - Colorado spin blade

I saw this the other day. It came from an associate overseas. He just thought it would be a neat thing to try so I wanted to throw it out here and get your winter time designer juices flowing. Would the Colorado blade help it wobble side-to-side? What would a Dakota Blade do - provide flash but not the weight that a Colorado might?

I'm going to rig up a Jitterbug and see what happens!

Never heard of a Dakota blade, I'll have to look that up.
