Lightbulb Trolling motor extension handle

Here's an inexpensive, easy to install transom mount trolling motor extension handle. A plastic golf club tube will fit snugly over most tiller handles. You may have to do a little adjusting or tapping to get a tight fit. A lot less expensive than the factory's extension handle!

Make sure that you can also easily slip it off when you don't need it.

Maybe put a slit in the tube and use a hose clamp to tighten it around the handle? That would make it easy to put on and take off.

Excellent idea. I have a piece of PVC with some gripper tape down about 8". Yankee ingenuity... works for me!
