Hollow swimbait is a well known bait used among anglers today. Despite the ease of use, most of us always run into problems when rigging these jigs. The lure body is bent or distorted, the hook is off center, and the swimbait gets torn up easier after mild use are just a few of the problems that we encounter!

A better route to go when rigging hollow swimbait is using the Canyon Plastics Hollow Body Swimbait Head! These little guys are flat, and match most most hollow swimbait's used today. The thin head of this Swimbait Head allows you to easily secure your hollow swimbait without distorting or tearing the thing apart!

Canyon Plastics carries these in sizes of 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 ounces.

1/4 oz. costs $4.95... and its a 5 pack. Not bad!

I'm one of the few that uses lead jig heads that I make myself with my DIY Lead mold kit.
