Well now that a new year has arrived. It is time for many of us to retire our old fishing licenses.
Here in Calif. a license is issued from Jan.1, to Dec.31 of any given year.
you have the option of buying a full year, 1 day or 3 day. or if you have the big bucks
a life time license.
then after you recover from the price, you can buy the different stamps. or report cards.
So how many of you have already gotten your new license and if so, did you buy it last year
in advance of the comming season, or are you going to wait untill your first fishing trip of the year before you get it.?
I got my new license at the end of Nov.2011.
And used it this afternoon. I did not catch anything, But I wanted to start this new year out right,by FISHING.
My father in law use to say, if you work on New Years Day you would work all year.
So I figured if I Fished on New Years Day I would be able to fish all year long.
I just hope my wife agrees with this statement.
I hope everyone has a great year of fishing.
