I have a Heddon musky lure that has a 14/0 hook that has a arrow shape blade that spins on the hook. The swivel is sold brass with a hole in the middle and if I can find it I will take a picture of it and post it...............woody

That sounds like a real oldie! From your description, it sounds like an "arrowhead" type of spinner on a shaft. Does it look like the two in the pic? Sounds like an old box swivel which would make it most likely pre-1920! The arrowhead lures can go way back to the mid-1850's! Heddon did not make any arrowheads, but many other metal lure makers did, include makers in England where they originated. A pic would be great, and look carefully for any stamping from a maker. All arrowheads, especially if marked by the maker, ARE sought by collectors. You got MY interest Woody! Best---- JoeW :)
