A very simple sauce to add to any non-oily fish that you're grilling. Works great on Salmon, Steelhead, Tuna steaks, or my favorite- Blacktip Shark. Woud be great on any fish suitable for grilling. Really adds a great taste! Forgot the source from which I learned this and as you can tell, I'm a fan of very simple recipes!

Ingredients:
1/3 c. Mayonaise
1/3 c. Yellow mustard
1/3 c. Horseradish (You can adjust the amount according to your taste)

Mix it all together!

Grill fish according to your method until they are a few minutes from being done. Then cover the fish with sauce, turn, repeat. Repeat a couple/several times. Don't let the sauce burn, lower heat if necessary.

Put any remaining sauce in a bowl to add at the table.

Enjoy! JoeW

Sauces can be an ingredient that you can not leave out sometimes. I will have to try that out. Do you think this will work on beef?

Ya know, I've never tried it on beef! I prefer my steaks "au natural" with just salt and pepper. Bt my wifey covers her potroast with horseradish while roasting. Only problem might be the mayo- it's mostly oil, and keeps non-oily fish from drying out on the grill, I think. With a nice juicy steak, the mayo may just make it a little too sloppy. Maybe a nice pork roast or some chops? Geez, now I'm hungry! If you try it on meat, let me know how it turns out! Best---- JoeW
