Well I've been doing jigs and spinners that weigh up to 6 OZ . Decided to do some crappie jigs . These have plastic injected bodies . I call them jell belly jigs. Didn't paint the heads because they are in the experimental stage . They can be done in nearly every tail material . So what do YA'All think.

Those look awesome
Those look real good.
Mr Slab has no chance with the Toadfrogs lures.
if they work half as good as the ones you sent me while I was in the hospital.
they are going to be killers.
Dugger let us know how well they work.
I'm thinking steelhead next fall, fishing below a float through the currents! More great looking baits, toad! Best---- JoeW

You need to get them in production and on the market I showed the picture to some guys at work and they were wondering where you sold them

I trade lures mostly. But I'll sell them to friends and forum members. If anything I mess around with catches their eye. Right now I could use some 1/0 and up duratin or nickle jig hooks hooks. For now they only come in 1/16 OZ. Thanks for the kind comments from everyone. My first try at those kind .

I already told my wife, She will have to get the kids up tomorrow morning, As
I will be on the lake come first light. I called the marina they said the Crappie are hitting

When I go fishing in 10 days I will be using mostly the lures I've gotten from dbarnett1, Toadfrog, and JoeW, plus my Li'l Dave Ghost. Gotta put all this good stuff in fish's mouths! :D

They definetly look even better than they do in the picture
I went fishing at a neer by lake today.
I stopped in at the bait store at the lake. I asked the lady behind the counter
if she could give me any news on the fishing as I had not fished at this lake in over 25 years.
she told me the crappie were hitting real good, except they only seemed to be hitting a certain jig
she called it a gray ghost. $2.89 ea. I asked to see one.
Well guess what I have 2 of them in my tackle box, I told her I had some except they were called Toadfrogs jelly bellies. I showed them to her along with the rest of my jelly bellies in other colors.
she said it looked like I was all set.
I fished the jigs about 12 inches below a float.
I do not know what the crappie thought about them. because I was too busy catching bass and gills on them.
in 2 hours I cought 5 large mouth bass, and 11 gills. I brought the gils home and threw the bass back
all of them were under size.
so thanks Toadfrog I will be haveing a fish fry tomorrow courtesy of your jelly bellies.

Your welcome . There are several of us tackle makers that have molds out there that mold was not my brain child .but I was the second person to get it . The Idea was from BoB Hinkle a Friend of Mine . We use the same mold makers. Except he invests a BUNCH of Money . The way it works Is .I do a rudimentary drawing or make a master form an RTV mold . We send it to our mold guys . If they have faith it will sell . The mold maker does all the tech work and machining and does not charge the thousands of dollars for that. But He reserves the right to reproduce the mold and sell it to whomever he wants. And that is how I can afford to own a mold or 2 . The bad thing is if you ever post a home made lure or an Idea that is a good one its a gonner . I don't know how but one of my Ideas showed up on a site this last 2 weeks . I have no Idea how it got out. Oh well guess you could say mischevious minds think alike. Those jelly bellies are a pain in the kiester to make if you do them in more than one color of plastic . The color you needed for crappie would have probably been chart/hot pink body with a chart/tail and a smidgeon of blue . See if you got one in that color If not bet we can fix that. Happy Fishing and don't forget the hush puppies.
